Experience that brings back the smell of the rain, the hum of the music, and the weight of the emotion. When you view my cinematic wedding storytelling portfolio, you aren't just looking at photos—you are stepping back into a narrative. Stories.
After more than three decades behind the camera—20 years in photography and over 10 capturing weddings—I’ve learned that stunning galleries aren’t luck. They are built from experience that reads light, emotion, and atmosphere like a book.
The Grand Perspective: Integrated Drone Work

A true film needs an establishing shot. To tell the complete story of your day, I believe you need the full perspective—from the ground and the sky.
That is why professional drone wedding photography (both video and stills) is included in every package I offer. While most photographers charge extra for this service, I view it as essential storytelling. Whether it’s a sweeping shot of your venue or an epic overlook of the landscape, these angles provide the grand scope that grounds your wedding story in its beautiful setting.
Shaping the Light: The Luxury of Low-Light Mastery
Many photographers fear the dark. They often struggle when the sun goes down, losing the "vibe" of a candlelit room. My approach is different.

As an experienced photographer who knows what to do in low light, I utilize the world’s fastest glass—Canon RF f/1.2 prime lenses—which allows me to "see" in the dark better than the human eye. This means I can capture the quiet whispers in a dimly lit corner during speeches or the first dance while maintaining the artistic integrity of the room’s natural ambiance.
Dynamic Energy: Advanced Reception Lighting
When the music turns up, the energy shifts—and so does my technique. While I prefer natural light for portraits, the dance floor requires drama.

I don't just rely on the standard "on-camera" flash which is a different king of aesthetic but I also know how to use creative off-camera flash techniques to sculpt the room. By placing lights strategically around the dance floor, I can freeze the motion of the party, create rim-light separation, and deliver dynamic, magazine-worthy images that feel as electric as the moment itself.
Curation Over Clutter
In a digital age where anyone can take 10,000 photos, the true art lies in curation. My 30 years in the industry have taught me that more isn't always better—better is better.
I don't just dump files onto a USB; I curate a visual legacy. Each image in your gallery is chosen because it serves the story, ensuring that the final collection is a cohesive masterpiece rather than a cluttered folder.
Cinematic Wedding Photography
When these three elements—Cinematic Scope, Masterful Lighting, and Intentional Curation—converge, the result is a gallery that feels less like a slideshow and more like a private screening of your life's greatest movie.
