Lakefront Promenade & Port Credit
The picturesque harbourfront village offers charming marina views, historic lighthouse, tree-lined streets, and scenic boardwalks. Tip: Golden hour creates stunning reflections on the water. The lighthouse and marina make iconic backdrops, but arrive early on summer weekends as Port Credit gets busy. Street parking fills quickly—consider ride-share for wedding parties.
Kariya Park
This authentic Japanese garden features traditional bridges, stone lanterns, peaceful ponds, and manicured landscapes. Tip: The iconic red bridge is the signature shot, but explore the entire garden for variety. Spring cherry blossoms (late April-May) and fall foliage (October) offer the most dramatic color.
