Walking through the Distillery District, the cobblestone pathways lead right into one of the most stylish spots in the city. The raw brick, exposed beams, and ornate European details inside Cluny Bistro make it a favorite for couples wanting an aesthetic that feels equal parts Parisian and industrial. Capturing candlelit moments in the dining room or stepping outside into the courtyard gives me endless options as an intimate wedding photographer in Toronto.

Yes. Cluny features a stunning outdoor patio that is largely covered and can be enclosed/heated, making it a viable option for ceremonies or cocktails even in light rain or cooler weather. However, severe weather would require moving the event into the Private Dining Room.

What is the capacity of the Private Dining Room at Cluny Bistro?
The full Private Dining Room (PDR) can accommodate up to 64 guests for a seated dinner or 80 guests for a standing cocktail reception. For smaller events, the room can be divided into the "West Room" (40 seated) and "East Room" (24 seated) using a concealed retractable wall.

Do I need a photography permit to take photos outside Cluny Bistro?
Yes. While photography inside the restaurant is included with your booking, the cobblestone streets and architecture outside belong to The Distillery District. A commercial photography permit is required for wedding/engagement shoots on the grounds, costing approximately $295 + HST for a 2-hour session.
